Field Of Flowers
She could
still see Jesus descending from heaven.
As he drew closer and closer, Rhasha
started to shake. She knew Jesus was
coming to her, but she didn't feel worthy
to be in his presence. Seconds later, he
hovered in the air directly in front of
her, about two feet off the ground.
Rhasha began to cry. She fell to her
knees and kissed his feet.
"Stand up, child, so I
can see your face," Jesus said in a
voice of pure innocence.
Rhasha slowly stood, but
didn't open her eyes.
"Look at me,
Rhasha," Jesus said, "for I
have something to say."
Rhasha opened her
tear-filled eyes. "Jesus," she
whimpered, "I love you with all my
heart. I know you must be the son of
God." She covered her face with her
hands, still weeping.
Jesus didn't say anything;
Rhasha thought he'd left. She raised her
face. He was still there, holding his
hands out toward her. The bright light
was still behind him; Rhasha couldn't see
his features clearly.
"Rhasha," Jesus
said, "I love you too, and I want
you to be with me in paradise. Repent of
your sins and ask me to come into your
heart. I will never forsake you."
Rhasha broke down in sobs.
"I beg you, Jesus," she
whimpered, "will you come into my
heart?"
"Yes Rhasha,"
Jesus said, "and when I ascend back
to heaven, I'll send the Holy Spirit to
guide you from this day on."
Rhasha felt loving warmth
flow through her body. She stopped
crying. The warm sensation felt good. She
smiled at Jesus as he rose heavenward.
The four angels closed the window into
heaven and disappeared, leaving Rhasha
standing in the field of flowers. She
heard the humming sound. When it faded
away, the field of flowers faded too, and
everything went dark. Rhasha felt as
though she had gone through a tunnel and
then emerged into the light again-she was
back in church.
